Maria and Xristos brought their kitchen from Greece
MIX is the restaurant of Maria and Xristos, a couple born in Greece and united by their love of food. In 2011 they opened their doors in a quiet alley just off busy Lê Lợi Street, a calm escape from the bustle of the Ancient Town.
They cook the way they learned at home: fresh hand-picked produce, carefully chosen suppliers and traditional Greek flavours, served by a warm and well-trained team.
Their passion is to introduce Hội An to the vibrant world of Greek cuisine, with generous, honest dishes for everyone who appreciates good food.
